TEAR DROP - Hinomori Shizuku Someone who carries out justice through her "beauty." Those who are captivated by her will lose any desire to fight.

CUTE RIBBON - Akiyama Mizuki Someone who carries out justice through "cuteness." Used to be a supporter, but their passion led them to become a hero.

CAFE MASTER - MEIKO The one who gave Vivid Rum her power to become a hero. She watches over her to see how she'll carry out justice in her own way.

It seems like Tear Drop acts differently when she becomes a hero...
