BREAD EATER - Hoshino Ichika A girl who loves yakisoba bread so much that she ended up becoming a villain after thinking that she doesn't want to eat anything else but yakisoba bread.

DEATH VEGETABLE - Kamishiro Rui A boy who wants to eliminate all vegetables from this world. He's actively recruiting other people who hates vegetables just like him to join his group.

PICKY - Kagamine Rin The one who took in Kanade, Ichika, and Rui's wishes and granted them the power to become villains. However, she herself doesn't seem to have anything she particularly likes or dislikes.

Instant Boss, also known as Charisma Boss! She's a villain who's also the leader of the League of Villains!
The villains' headquarters is.... A shopping mall?! I guess this is what they meant by "The best place to hide is among other people..."
It seems like Death Vegetable has been working tirelessly night by night building a mysterious robot...
