Noguchi Ruriko (野口 瑠璃子) is a voice actress from Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. She is Hoshino Ichika's voice actress. She is currently affiliated with Arts Vision.
Background[]
Ruriko is originally from Fukuoka and moved to Tokyo after high school with her family. She has enjoyed singing ever since she was young and often went to karaoke alone. She considers her strong vocal chords as one of her charm points.
Ruriko first started listening to VOCALOID songs when she was in high school, and she would mainly listen to the songs her friends recommended to her.[1]
Ruriko graduated from Japan Narration Acting Institute (NichiNare), a voice actor training school affiliated with her current agency Arts Vision. She debuted as a voice actress in 2015 by voicing a side character in Hibike! Euphonium.

According to Ruriko herself, she is an indecisive person who often has a hard time taking the first step and that she is an indoorsy person who enjoys lazing around at home.[2]
Ruriko's hobbies include watching stage plays, listening to music and dancing, which she also considers her special skill. She particularly loves listening to Western music, classical music and K-Pop. She also enjoys cooking.[3]
Ruriko's all-time favorite game series is Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side.
