Iori[]
CV: Sasamoto Natsue
Iori (イオリ) is the leader and vocalist of the professional band STANDOUT. She has grey eyes and dark brown hair with the under-layer dyed blonde. She wears a white hoodie with STANDOUT written in simple print, a short black skirt, and a slightly-oversized grey jacket. She is 19 years old. Her hobbies include visiting vintage clothes stores, her favorite food is chocolate banana crepes, and her least favorite food is spicy things.
While her debut was in the Don't Let Doubts Hold You Back event story, she only appeared at the very end, serving to tease the Musical Twilight Parade event story. Shiho runs into Iori at the live house the former works at. Iori recognizes Shiho, saying she frequents the live house and has seen her perform as a replacement bassist. Iori then asks Shiho to join her band as their bass player, confirming a rumor that STANDOUT was looking to replace their current bass player.
As teased, Iori makes a return at the beginning of the Musical Twilight Parade event story, asking Shiho once again to join her band. Shiho reveals that, after Iori's previous appearance, Shiho refused the offer, as she states that her answer hasn't changed.
In the Resonating with you event story, Shiho plays as STANDOUT's replacement bassist, causing the other members of Leo/need to discover Iori's attempts to recruit Shiho. As STANDOUT's current bassist, Mio, flakes on the group once again, Shiho agrees to play at their debut if Mio doesn't show. As Leo/need attempts to convey their feelings to Shiho, Iori allows them to prove themselves as the openers for STANDOUT. Afterwards, she makes an appearance every now and then in Leo/need's event stories.

She tells Shiho that she's scared of disappointing Iori and the others as they take the plunge from amateur to professional musicians, which is why Iori was looking for a new bassist. After Shiho convinces her to continue doing what she loves, Mio returns to STANDOUT and plays at their debut show.

Yoshizaki Hanano[]
CV: Sashide Maria
Yoshizaki Hanano (吉崎花乃) is Youta's little sister who first debuted in the Live with Memories event story. She is currently 14 years old. Her hobbies include solo karaoke, her favorite food is cheese hamburg steaks, and her least favorite food is cauliflower.
She first came across Leo/need when Youta brought her to a live house to cheer her up from the depressing reality that their parents had just gotten divorced. She quickly became a fan from there, and the two of them sit in the front row of many of their lives.
The divorce split custody over the siblings such that she lives with their father. Since she's only in middle school, Youta worries for her wellbeing often. Heeding Youta's request to watch over her while he can't be around, Ichika rescues Hanano from pushy solicitors when they stumble across her alone on the street one day.
She and Youta are very close, often caring for each other while their parents fight and worrying about each other's home situations. Fearing the loss of this bond, she refused to acquaint herself with the new family that her father remarried to under the belief that it would push her brother to become distant. This, however, drove Youta to worry after her and formally end their meet-ups until she has gotten more familiar with them. Since he is unable to convey his reasoning for this, she comes to the conclusion that he's angry with her, a misunderstanding that Leo/need clarifies for her. Both siblings struggle with the concept of permanent separation, thinking that their lives would naturally diverge forever from the first point of lost contact.
This theme of separation strikes a chord with Ichika who relates it back to the loneliness she felt when Leo/need became estranged for 2 years prior to Main Story. Unable to weigh in on what is essentially a family's personal matters but wanting to help, Leo/need then resolves to at least gift a live to the siblings, encouraging Hanano to bring her brother along one more time to watch it together. They decide to write a new song for them and Ichika creates lyrics dedicated to the theme of coping from the misery of separation. When the siblings hear the song, they are flooded with warm memories of how they've supported each other.
At the end of the event, she and Youta resolve that they won't separate forever and will watch lives together again once she has managed to bridge the gap with her new family members.

Yoshizaki Youta[]
CV: Yasuda Rikuya
Yoshizaki Youta (吉崎葉太) is Hanano's older brother who first debuted in the Live with Memories event story. He is currently 16 years old. His hobbies include watching baseball, his favorite food is kimchi hot pot, and his least favorite food is mekabu seaweed.
He first came across Leo/need's lives when he brought Hanano to a live house in order to cheer her up from the depressing reality that their parents had just gotten divorced. He quickly became a fan after that, and the two of them sit in the front row of many of their lives.
The divorce split custody over the siblings such that they live separately.[1] He and Hanano are very close, often caring for each other while their parents fight and worrying about each other's home situations. Youta is also shown to generally worry after his sister's wellbeing. He asks Leo/need to talk to his sister for him to ensure she stays safe at the live houses even if he can’t continue to accompany her.
Youta also blames himself for Hanano's inability to acquaint with the new family her father remarried to, thinking that it's because he takes up too much of her time and affection. He thus decides to stop meeting up with her at all in order to give her the space necessary to bond with them. Youta is, however, not very adept at conveying his reasoning for the cessation to his sister, and she angrily runs away from the conversation before he can tell her. Both siblings struggle with concept of permanent separation, thinking that their lives would naturally diverge forever from the first point of lost contact.
This theme of separation strikes a chord with Ichika, who relates it back to the loneliness she felt when Leo/need became estranged for 2 years prior to Main Story.
At the end of the event, Youta proposes that they only cut correspondence off until she gets closer to her new family and that they should watch another live together once that happens.

CV: Fukuhara Ayaka
Kousaka Saku (高坂朔) first debuted in the No seek No find event story. She is the lead singer and composer of the band anenome. She is currently 16 years old. Her hobbies include dyeing her hair according to her mood and looking for earrings, her favorite food is super spicy ramen, and her least favorite foods are foods with slimy textures.
Just like the rest of her band members, she is aiming to become a professional, and they are constantly scouted by agencies. She is quite blunt and harshly criticized Leo/need's music when Saki asked for her opinion, even to the point of her own band members telling her to stop. Saku stated their songs were cute but they didn't resonate with her at all, and how the audience at the livehouse both of their bands performed at doesn't want "Leo/need's music".

Shindou Yoshiki[]
CV: Tsuchida Hiroshi
Shindou Yoshiki (真堂良樹) first debuted in the Little Bravers! event story. He is the director of Solis Records, a recording label. He is currently 39 years old. His hobbies include izakaya hopping, his favorite foods are ginkgo nuts and bean sprout namul, and his least favorite food is sea pineapple (hoya) that is too salty.
In the Little Bravers! story, Shindou first approaches Leo/need after one of their live shows and offers them a label under his company. At their meeting, Shindo tells them that he has been watching them for a while after their battle with anemone, saying that their performance surprised him and that they shined the brightest out of all the bands.
He offers them the chance the go pro if they decided to do a solo show, in which Leo/need agrees to. At the end of Little Bravers, he calls his boss and starts to suggest the idea of signing Leo/need.
In the Get over it. story, he attends Leo/need's solo show and praises them on their performance. After Shindo leaves, it turns out that anemone has also signed under his label. Iori and Saku then tell Leo/need that them prioritizing staying together than bringing in listener may hurt their band.
A few days later, Saki is thinking about their advice and what they said when she runs into Shindo. They then talk about Saki's worries about how she wants to continue making music with her friends instead of for others.
Shindo shares a story about a similar band to Leo/need and how they were offered a label at a more famous agency. Shindo tells Saki that she had nothing to be afraid of, and that Leo/need had a balance between staying together and performing for others.
In Our Constellation of Song, Leo/need successfully writes a contract under the agency. Shindo tells the band that they can start promoting them once they figure out what kind of music they want to make for their audience so marketing strageties could be easier.
This continues to the Stick to your faith story, which Shindo starts to ask what kind of music Leo/need wants to create. He gives multiple examples of ways different artists have become successful and begs the question, "What does Leo/need hope to achieve with its music?". After telling the girls that it was alright for them to have individual answers instead of having the same answer, Ichika and Saki are able to answer without fear, while Honami and Shiho are still unsure.
At the end of the story, Shindo states that Leo/need will soon need a leader, and that "that girl" is the only option, which is revealed to be Honami in the The Courage to Lead, the Kindness in My Heart story.

Sonoda & Inoue[]
Sonoda (園田) and Inoue (井上) are two girls that debuted in the One Small Trip Before a Big Journey event story, unvoiced with no Live2D models. At the time, they were classmates of Ichika, Saki, and Haruka in Class 1-C at Miyamasuzaka Girls' Academy,[2] as well as Saki's fellow members of the soft tennis club. Saki refers to them as Sono-chan and Inocchi.
The five classmates formed a group for their field trip to Yokohama. Saki introduces them to Ichika, who met them previously, and Haruka, who didn't know them. Inoue is very excited to meet Haruka, and later gets flustered after Haruka saves her from falling off the edge of the ship. During their trip to the mall, Sonoda and Inoue help make a disguise for Haruka so she can enjoy the trip without being disrupted by fans.
Sonoda is easygoing yet cautious. She often warns Inoue and Saki when they're about to do something reckless, and suggests practical ideas like finding a disguise for Haruka at the shop she noticed earlier. She also has a playful side, shown by her excitement over the cute sunglasses the group picked out for Haruka and her willingness to cooperate with Saki's selfie.
Contrary, Inoue is much more upbeat and spontaneous. She is quick to join Saki's schemes, as well as suggest activities on her own. She also seems to be rather clumsy, nearly falling over from only a small wind, and doesn't seem to have a very good sense of time. This might be part of why Sonoda tells her to be careful so much.
Physically, they look rather similar. Both have long brown hair with blocky bangs One of them (likely Sonoda) wears her hair up in a ponytail, and the other (likely Inoue) has it loose and wears a brown cardigan over her school uniform. The story gives no solid information as to who is who. However, based on the context of Saki's untrained card image, the related side story, and events of Episode 5, it's likely that Sonoda is the one holding the flat cap and giving Saki a thumbs up, as she was focused on finding a suitable disguise for Haruka and seems to take pride in the same cap described. Sonoda also liked the sunglasses, whereas Inoue said they were too flashy. If this girl were Sonoda, that would leave Inoue as the one with the cardigan. This also makes sense, as she is standing next to Haruka in the group photo, and is shown to be a fan of her.

Kano Sumire[]
Kano Sumire (久野すみれ) debuted in the Stick to your faith event story, unvoiced with no Live 2D Model. She is apart of the girl band, Iolite, and is the bassist for the group. Sumire is Shiho's inspiration and the reason why Shiho picked up the bass.
Sumire is first shown to be a cool and collected figure when she is first revealed in the story, but this is only with she is with Shiho's father. With her band mates and Shiho, she is energetic and lively. Often making conversation and being excited to talk, sometimes coming off as pushy.
In the story, Shiho and Sumire meet at a live show backstage after Shiho's father had to go to a meeting. To entertain Shiho, Sumire offers her to play her bass. Teaching her how to play, Shiho finds herself enjoying the bass. Sumire makes the suggestion that Shiho should pick up bass lessons since Shiho seemed happy. Refusing, Shiho tells Sumire that she doesn't want to make people upset by focusing on one thing.
Sumire comforts Shiho, as she has been in her position before. It's revealed that Sumire came from a family of flower artists. One day, Sumire decided to attend a live show on a whim, and witnessed Shiho's father performing, describing him as "The coolest person in the world.", and that he stays true to himself and does what he loves. After witnessing his perfomrance, Sumire picked up on music and no longer paid attention to floral artistry. Noticing how her mother was sad about Sumire's choice, she didn't know to decide between pursuing music or to continue floral arts. She comes to the decision that she wants to keep pursuing music, even if it hurts the people around her; Saying that "It was the one thing nobody could take away from her". Sumire tells Shiho that it was okay to follow your dreams and doing what you want without the fear of hurting others, as long as Shiho tries hard to make them proud.
Sumire then performs on stage, which Shiho wacthes and makes the decision to start picking up the bass. Since then, Shiho has been listening to and is a fan of Iolite's music.[3] This memory also helps Shiho decide on what she wants to do with Leo/need's music- Move people's hearts and give them encouragement.
