Mita Kotaro[]
CV: Mineta Hiromu
Mita Kotaro (三田洸太郎) is a street musician and a friend of BAD DOGS. He is currently 17 years old. His hobbies include playing social network games, his favorite food is strawberries, and his least favorite foods are strawberry-flavored foods and drinks.

He respects Ken, but initially thought that his daughter An doesn't have talent and is just using her father's popularity. In Vivid BAD SQUAD's Main Story, he sabotaged Vivids' first live performance and created an "opportunity" for Vivids and BAD DOGS to confront each other. However, he later saw Vivids' true skill and apologized for ruining their first event, and started practicing and honing his own singing skills even harder.
He was referred to only as "Musician" in the group's Main Story until his name was revealed in the STRAY BAD DOG event story. In the game's assets, he is referred to as "Cord Nukio" (lit. pulling the cord, referring to his sabotage in Vivid BAD SQUAD's Main Story).
In the THE POWER OF UNITY, Kotaro reveals that he wanted to surpass RAD WEEKEND because when his younger brother was born, he wanted to be a cool big brother to him. He was also amazed by Akito's singing skills, mentioning that he and the other members of Vivid BAD SQUAD acted as a catalyst for wanting him to improve even further, as Kotaro, in his own words, "used to sing for no real reason other than being kinda good at it".

He disapproves of Toya's decision to become a street musician, and believes Toya is wasting his time and talent. However, he eventually starts mellowing out, and at the end of Nocturne Interlude it is implied he recognizes Toya's passion for street music, despite admitting to not understanding what people see in that genre.

Although he initially acted antagonistic towards Vivid BAD SQUAD, he eventually ends up becoming good friends with them and frequently joins their performances.
In the On Your Feet event, it is revealed that after Taiga's beatdown in Light Up the Fire, Arata left the town, only saying he needs a break and will eventually return when he feels like it, also leaving Souma behind.
In OVER RAD SQUAD!!, Arata came back with a CD on his hand, saying that Souma sent and composed it for him. Arata apologizes to everyone, and Vivid BAD SQUAD lets him perform before them. As he went onstage, he saw Souma watching in the audience, leading to Arata pouring his heart out while performing.

However later in the Light Up the Fire event, it is revealed that Nagi is deceased, and that everyone in Vivid Street knew about it except for An and "the outsiders" such as everyone else in Vivid BAD SQUAD. However Ken tells her that it was Nagi's own wish to not tell her the truth and instead lie to An that she was going on tour in the United States. When An was in middle school, Nagi was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer and was told she has only 5 months left. She was the one who came up with RAD WEEKEND, which also served as her final event, as a way to show her love for the town and the people of Vivid Street before her passing.

In OVER RAD SQUAD!!, Souma was discharged from the hospital and is currently using a wheelchair. He was going to watch the show and bumped into Taiga, who realized it was Souma, shocking him. Hayashi Shouta[]
Hayashi Shouta (林翔太) is Akito's estranged friend from elementary school. They played on the same soccer team up until the end of 6th grade when Akito abruptly quit after losing an important match. They didn't talk again until the events of The Sounds of a Summer Festival! where Shouta debuted unvoiced and with no Live2D model. Shouta was a member of the executive committee for the Shibuya Summer Festival and was in charge of the live event. Hoping to scout a replacement act for a group that dropped out last minute, Shouta had been at a live house when he happened to watch BAD DOGS perform. Confident in their abilities, he asked Akito and Toya to perform at the festival. Shouta is later mentioned during At This Festival Bathed in Twilight where he reached out to Akito again to offer him a slot to perform at Shibuya Festa. Thus, Shouta was responsible for arranging the first non-live house venues for Vivid BAD SQUAD to perform as a group. Akito later runs into Shouta after the live while looking for souvenirs with Len and feels awkward about the long period of no communication.[2] So, he then takes the initiative to tell Shouta that he'd be open to hearing from him about gigs should any future opportunities arise, making the first step toward them rekindling their friendship.[2]
