Project SEKAI 5th Anniversary Thanks Festival (プロジェクトセカイ 5th Anniversary 感謝祭, Project SEKAI 5th Anniversary Kanshasai) was an in-person event that was held on October 18-19, 2025, at Tokyo Garden Theater in commemoration of the game's 5th anniversary.

Day 1 featured the opening show as well as the the cast reading out a special scenario that was specifically written for the event, a talk show, and a mini live. Project SEKAI Championship 2025 finals round was also hosted at the venue.
