Otori Emu: Fellow troupe member and a good friend. They work together to restore Phoenix Wonderland's Wonder Stage to its former glory, although Tsukasa initially thinks that she is weird and never listens to anyone. While he may get worn out by her hyperactive antics, they bond over their mutual desire to make people smile with their shows.
Kusanagi Nene: Fellow group member and friend. Nene thinks he's an idiot, whilst Tsukasa calls her the troupe's diva. Tsukasa has respect for her abilities as an actor and singer. They share the same exhaustion over Emu and Rui's antics.
Kamishiro Rui: Fellow group member and friend. Rui considers him an actor most worthy of the stage, while Tsukasa thinks he's awesome but crazy. The two are a well-known "duo of weirdos" at school and are sometimes called the "Weirdo Wombo Combo".[1] Tsukasa proudly takes on any stunts and roles suggested by Rui, though often complains about them regardless.
Hoshino Ichika: One of Saki's childhood friends. Tsukasa is grateful that his sister has good people to take care of her when he can't. Though Ichika sees him as a reliable older brother, she also struggles to find good qualities that describe him.
Tenma Saki: Tsukasa's younger sister. Due to her poor constitution, Tsukasa always makes an effort to look after her, though Saki insists he worries about her too much. Tsukasa blames himself for not doing more to prevent Saki's friendships from becoming strained and is glad that they've managed to reconnect in the present. Tsukasa often shows off in front of Saki and her friends, much to Saki's embarrassment. Even now Tsukasa is still working hard to protect her friendships so they won't become strained again. At times, they both have a tendency to overwork themselves and fall sick.
Mochizuki Honami: One of Saki's childhood friends. Tsukasa trusts Honami and is thankful that she takes care of his sister.
Hinomori Shiho: One of Saki's childhood friends. Though Shiho finds him annoying and loud, she also respects him as a reliable brother.
Hanasato Minori: Tsukasa, together with his troupemates, helped Minori to practice her dancing prior to her performance at the VIRTUAL SINGER Fan Festival. Just before Minori was about to perform, Tsukasa came backstage to encourage and cheer her up, telling her to believe in herself and all the hard work she's put in.[2]
Momoi Airi: Tsukasa met Airi properly for the first time during their Kyoto trip, however, prior to this he knew of her role as Happy Everyday through Saki. Airi is one of the only people he refers to with her full name, as he mentions that it's his way of attempting to remember her as Airi and not just as her role of Happy Everyday.[3]
Hinomori Shizuku: Tsukasa's childhood acquaintance. As Shiho and Saki were childhood friends, Tsukasa and Shizuku were also friends, although not as close as their younger siblings. They used to play in the park together. [4]
Shiraishi An: Tsukasa frequently gets in trouble with An due to her being a member of the disciplinary committee.
Shinonome Akito: An underclassman Tsukasa met through Toya. Akito thinks he and Rui are weird, and enjoys teasing them. After learning more about Tsukasa and Toya's relationship, Akito mentions that he owes him his thanks for allowing Akito and Toya to meet. Although he isn't appreciative of Akito's occasionally snarky attitude towards him, Tsukasa is thankful that he is there to support Toya. They interact more in the The Climax! Kamiyama Cheer Squad! event, with Tsukasa trying to convince Akito to join the Red Team, as he believes Akito was "The Perfect Red Hare".
Aoyagi Toya: An underclassman who looks up to Tsukasa. The two are childhood friends, as their parents knew each other through playing piano. During the KAMIYAMA HIGH FESTIVAL! event, Toya mentions that he considers Tsukasa his "savior", as it was Tsukasa who told him it was okay to do the things he wanted, even if others disapproved. Tsukasa views their relationship close to that of siblings and calls him his #2 fan (#1 being Saki).[5]
Yoisaki Kanade: Tsukasa and Kanade had a brief interaction in Singing Among the Cherry Blossoms. Tsukasa, after quickly apologizing for nearly headbutting Kanade, soon left for his meeting. Their next interaction occurred in the event, At This Festival Bathed in Twilight, though once again brief. Tsukasa introduced himself by name in a grandiose gesture, to which Kanade seemed to find his voice to be familiar.
In Chapter 6 of Happy New Year! Lion Dance Robot's New Year's Show!, when NeneRobo malfunctioned, Tsukasa desperately asked the crowd for a musician to continue the music for the scene they've built up. As Tsukasa thought to give up on the music and continue the scene from the script, Kanade stepped in and began playing the song on a piano. Tsukasa later expressed his gratitude for Kanade, even seeming impressed with her ability to improvise a melody on the spot. In Chapter 8 of the same event, Tsukasa recounted the events of the previous chapters, stating that Kanade's improvised song "pierced his heart straight through."
Akiyama Mizuki: Tsukasa's underclassman.
Hatsune Miku: Tsukasa views Miku similarly to Emu; loud, obnoxious, and confusing. Like everybody she sees, Miku is excited whenever Tsukasa visits the Wonderland SEKAI, often running up and pouncing on him when she sees him. She and KAITO helped Tsukasa realize his true feelings and why he initially wanted to become a star.
MEIKO: MEIKO thinks Tsukasa is a wonderful actor and reliable troupe leader.[6]
KAITO: Tsukasa respects KAITO and looks up to him. He and Miku helped Tsukasa realize his true feelings and why he initially wanted to become a star. Additionally, KAITO's original 1* side story suggests that Tsukasa was a fan of KAITO before officially meeting him, as he showed Emu KAITO's concert and explained the significance of KAITO's iconic muffler to Emu when asked why he wears it.
